Dressing in the dark!
For maths strand this week and last week we are working on probability. Probability is the number of ways of achieving success. For example the probability of flipping a coin and it landing on heads is ½ or 50% because there is one head and one tail. for our maths we used socks. Two purple socks and two blue socks. First we picked two socks out of a bag (all four socks were in the bag) and we were seeing what we would pick out an even pair or an odd pair. Here is a screencastify to explain a bit further.
So you are more likely to get an odd pair of socks!
